Stanley Siva
Managing Partner
Over 25-years of experience in key leadership positions with leading Multinational and Government Linked companies in Malaysia with exposure to Central and South East Asia, in sectors such as property development, financial services and mining. Deep expertise in financial management, business process advisory, corporate governance and risk management framework implementation. Led the creation of a Sovereign Wealth Fund’s USD 750 million Endowment, enabling investments in initiatives that create social and environmental impact.
Dato' Christopher Chan
Director
24 years of experience in some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in Malaysia, IPOs, equity, and debt fundraising, and corporate restructuring exercises, as well as regional private banking in Southeast Asia. President of the Malaysian Mergers and Acquisitions Association; former Managing Director of a Leading Investment Bank in Malaysia. Independent non-executive Chairman of a Publicly Listed Group in Malaysia. Deputy Chairman of the Finance and Capital Market Consultative Committee of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Malaysia, the national body of the various Chinese chambers throughout the states of Malaysia. Named as one of the top 10 investment bankers in Asia (ex-Japan) by Brendan Wood International Journal (2006).
Zainariah Johari
Non-Executive Director
Former CEO of a postproduction house, with more than 30 years in the creative and brand consulting sectors, and currently leading the Arts, Heritage, and Cultural Sector for the Strategic Development unit of a Sovereign Wealth Fund. Vast experience in building the capacity of small and medium-scale artisan by assisting and supporting them to become operationally and financially sustainable.
Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring for artisans in rural as well as urban areas, delivering products and services that are accepted both locally and internationally. Lectures widely on Entrepreneurship for Women and Sports as well as various topics on the Creative Industry in Malaysia.
Malcolm Lionel Thomas
Director
Over 25 years of experience in key leadership positions, developing the derivatives desks for multinational banks and financial services organizations in Singapore.​ Formerly the Managing Director, Equity Derivatives and Intermediaries Sales of a leading multinational corporate and investment bank in Singapore, building the equity derivatives business with direct responsibility for institutional clients in the ASEAN and the Middle East regions covering sovereign wealth funds and government-linked institutions. Launched the biggest retail capital guaranteed fund in 2008, and the first open-end retail fund in Asia covering private banking relationships in the region.
Dato' Darawati Hussain
Senior Advisor
Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, asset management and private equity. First joined the corporate advisory team of a Leading Commercial Bank in Malaysia, and specialized in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Prior to that, spent five years as a European Portfolio manager for a US fund management company with asset under management of USD70 billion.
Set up and developed a private equity franchise for a Leading Commercial Bank, in particular, driving the initiative to set up the Shariah-compliant private equity funds. Currently a Member of the Board Investment Committee of Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP), in addition to being a Director of several private limited companies.
Maslinda Abdul Talib

A seasoned professional and serial entrepreneur with a strong background in revenue operations, human capital, and general management spanning 20 years. Experienced across diverse organizational settings from the public sector, NGO, SME to startups.
Notably, has successfully exited a few businesses and played an essential role in facilitating M&A for several others. Provides consulting, mentoring, and guidance for business optimization and fundraising while actively participating in investments to elevate MSMEs. Also talks about navigating careers for university students, fresh graduates, and those in mid-career.
